    Hey Jim Flock!
This is James Conway, formerly of the JCU Physics Department. I've been trying to contact you, but this is the only way I've found to reach you so far. Hope that's okay.

You've led quite a life since I last saw you at the "Clockwork Orange" showing! That was summer 2005?

I don't know if this is a serendipitous coincidence... but check this out. I recently completed my Ph.D. at Case, which was from the Physiology & Biophysics department. I'm doing a post-doc at the Cleveland Clinic in Cancer Biology, but it's not really what I want to do. I came across a listing for a Research Scientist position at Philips in Highland Heights, which deals with medical imaging and I thought, hmmmm, that sounds interesting. So I contacted Dr. Lacueva and asked if she knows any former JCU physics people that work for Phillips. And she said, "well, it was a long time ago, but how about Jim Flock?" and I said, "well, that's what I call full circle."

So anyway, I'm not sure how qualified I am for this particular position, but I would like to know more about the imaging division and any opportunities that may exist. Maybe you could tell me more about what you do? I would really appreciate it. I'm at JamesPatrickConway@gmail.com or 216-921-7649. Hope this finds you well...James

    Hi Jim,
Thanks for the call and advice. I sent you couple emails, but one was bounced back...but something should have come at you through an internet tube. If not, give me a call....I forgot to get your number when we spoke. Have a great weekend & Happy New Year, and thanks again for your help...James
